Kate supports The Climate Trust’s grasslands project development and offset portfolio management. Her expertise in geospatial analysis is key to achieving land stewardship goals and maintaining trusted relationships with project partners. Prior to joining The Climate Trust, Kate worked for the U.S. Forest Service conducting grazing monitoring and invasive species treatment, and with the National Park Service restoring native forestland. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Michigan University and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Natural Resources and Sustainability from Oregon State University. Kate enjoys spending her free time in nature, trail running, swimming, and camping.
